Engbert Wilmink: President and CEO
A physicist with a background in transducer design and acoustic modelling of the ear at both  TNO and Sonion, Engbert invented the acoustic attenuation valve “Dynamic Sound Technology” in response to market demand for an automated variable attenuation protection device. Engbert founded DEC in 2007 to develop DST as an effective solution.

Roderik Höppener: CFO
Roderik is a serial entrepreneur and investor with companies both in the US and the Netherlands and has a proven track record in electronic component manufacturing and marketing. Roderik joined forces with Engbert in order to bring the patented DST technology to market and provide sound financial footing for the company.

Steve Collicott: Business Development Director

20 years in the electronics industry primarily in imaging, mobile telecom and audio products, Steve has commercialised and licensed a number of technologies to consumer electronics manufacturers which are in full production.
